HEY, I’M

I’m a licensed therapist based in Connecticut. I offer virtual therapy for women and young adults working through anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and major life transitions.

I received my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University and am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

My Approach to Therapy

I deeply believe in the power of feeling understood, and have seen how much healing can happen in spaces that feel safe, honest, and nonjudgmental. My role is to walk alongside you, offering reflection, tools, and support as you reconnect with your inner wisdom.

I combine evidence-based practices with a warm, down-to-earth style. That might look like talking about nervous system regulation, practicing boundary-setting, or exploring the roots of your inner critic, but always at your pace.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s feeling more resourced, resilient, and aligned with what matters most to you.

We may work well together if…
